In this episode of Imperative, Ardito speaks to fellow National Socialist, Billy Roper.
Mr. Roper joined the National Alliance in the 1990s and became its Arkansas Unit Leader in 1999. Not long after he became the National Alliance's deputy membership coordinator at the National Alliance headquarters in West Virginia under Dr. William Pierce.
Now Mr. Roper leads the Shield Wall Network, a White Nationalist prepper's organization based in north-central Arkansas with the stated goal of encouraging White Nationalists to move to "Ozarkia," the 122 contiguous counties in northern Arkansas and Missouri which are 90% White or higher, to form a "seedbed ethnostate" in anticipation of the balkanization of the United States, which he predicts (Ardito also sees as the most likely possibility). Ozarkia is believed to be the largest, most active, and most successful ethnostate project currently existing in the United States.
